Sector — Data Centres

Data centres.
Power, without drama.

Electrical installation and commissioning inside the most demanding environments in construction — where the tolerances are tight, the change control is real, and downtime is measured in money per minute.

The Sector

The room where standards are not negotiable.

Data centre electrical work rewards a very specific kind of contractor: one that documents everything, dresses everything, labels everything, and treats method statements as instructions rather than paperwork. That is the discipline our data centre teams work to daily — on new-build halls, capacity upgrades and works inside live environments where isolation planning and change control decide whether you are allowed back on site.

Our engineers deliver the power layer — distribution, containment, connections and commissioning — and work hand-in-glove with the white-space cabling and cooling specialists around us. Everyone stays in their lane; the hall gets energised on the date the programme said it would.

LV Distribution & Submains

From the LV switchroom to the hall: switchgear connections, submain installation, busbar and tap-offs — sized, torqued, tested and recorded with the traceability data centre operators expect.

Hall Power & Containment

Inside the white space: containment runs engineered to the rack layout, cab power delivered A+B, and the metering that lets the operator bill by the kilowatt — installed cleanly enough to photograph.

Resilience & Commissioning

The systems that make a data hall a data hall: generator and UPS integration works, changeover schemes, and the staged commissioning that proves — before a single server arrives — that the failures the design allows for really are survivable.
